Walking in God’s Perfect Peace
In this uplifting message, Apostle Esther teaches on the fruit of the Spirit called peace, explaining that true peace is not the mere absence of trouble but a state of wholeness and security that flows from a right relationship with God. Drawing on Scripture and personal testimony, she encourages believers to release their anxieties, trust God through uncertainty and trial, and hold fast to the peace Jesus gives even amid storms in health, finances, and relationships. The sermon closes with a powerful declaration of peace over every listener, reminding them that with God all things are possible.
Overview
Apostle Esther teaches that biblical peace is not the absence of trouble or mere external quietness, but a fruit of the Spirit — a settled state of wholeness that flows from trusting God even while circumstances (finances, health, marriage, work, church) remain unresolved. Anchored in Isaiah 26:3, the message calls believers to stop "picking back up" what they've released to God in prayer, to recognize anxiety as an open door to sickness and premature death, and to actively maintain peace as a weapon of faith rather than waiting for peace to arrive once problems disappear.
Key Scripture Passages
- Galatians 5:22-23 — Peace is listed among the fruit of the Spirit, alongside love, joy, and longsuffering; it is produced by the Spirit, not manufactured by personality.
- Isaiah 26:3 — "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee" — the sermon's central text linking peace directly to a mind fixed on God.
- Isaiah 26:12 — "Lord, thou wilt ordain peace for us" — peace is something God appoints and establishes, not something believers generate on their own.
- Philippians 4:6 — Instruction to be anxious for nothing but to release every care to God through prayer and thanksgiving.
- Ephesians 2:14 — Christ himself "is our peace," having broken down the wall of separation between God and humanity.
- Colossians 3:15 — Believers are called to let the peace of God "rule" (act as umpire/referee) in their hearts.
- John 14:27 — Jesus gives a peace unlike anything the world offers, as a direct antidote to a troubled and fearful heart.
- Mark 4:35-41 — Jesus sleeps through a sudden storm and then speaks peace to the wind and waves, modeling peace as authority exercised in crisis, not merely a feeling.
- Psalm 29:11 / Psalm 4:8 / Psalm 119:165 / Hebrews 12:14 — A cluster of supporting texts on God blessing His people with peace, granting safe sleep, guarding those who love His law from offense, and commanding believers to actively pursue peace with everyone.
Sermon Outline
- Peace is a fruit of the Spirit, not a personality trait (Galatians 5:22-23).
- Claiming to be "patient" or "peaceful" is tested the moment life applies pressure.
- Love is highlighted as the fruit that, when walked in, prevents conflict from taking root regardless of others' behavior.
- Peace is redefined: not sitting quietly while inwardly "boiling," but genuine wholeness, harmony, security, and well-being flowing from right relationship with God.
- Peace is possible in the middle of unresolved trouble (Isaiah 26:3).
- Peace does not mean finances, family, work, or church are functioning perfectly.
- Peace means trusting that God is working all things together for good even while the outcome is unseen.
- A mind "stayed" (fixed, leaned, supported) on God is the mechanism by which perfect peace is kept.
- Anxiety is a gateway to sickness — release your cares and leave them released (Philippians 4:6).
- Physical illustration: anxiety races the heart and disrupts the body's systems, opening the door to stress-related sickness (hypertension, heart disease).
- The core exhortation: believers pray and give a matter to God, then "pick it back up" through worry — canceling the transaction.
- Testimonies (the woman with the issue of blood, the multiplication of loaves, the Ghana flood relief that fed 300+ people from $700) are given as faith-fuel to remember what God has already done.
- Peace is ordained by God, not manufactured by circumstance (Isaiah 26:12).
- Illustration of a prophet whose engagement collapsed publicly right before he preached, yet he ministered in peace and later saw God vindicate the delay.
- Illustration of Paul's thorn in the flesh (2 Corinthians 12:7-9) — some things God does not remove, but grace and surrendered peace sustain the believer through them.
- Testimony of family members surrendering the pain of childlessness and addiction to God ("if it happens, it's God; if it doesn't, it's God") as models of peace replacing striving.
- Christ himself is the source and ground of our peace (Ephesians 2:14; John 14:27).
- The "middle wall of partition" separating people from God has been broken down by the cross — peace is now directly accessible.
- Peace is not found in friendships, money, cars, or possessions — illustrated by the preacher's own excitement over a new car quickly fading, and wealthy patients still battling depression.
- Forgiveness is presented as a direct pathway to maintaining peace — unforgiveness keeps offense "ringing in your head."
- Let peace rule your heart in every environment (Colossians 3:15).
- Practical habit modeled: praying for peace before entering a workplace, hospital unit, or a difficult home situation.
- Loss of peace is described as potentially fatal — opening doors to anxiety, depression, oppression, and even premature death before fulfilling one's God-given assignment.
- Jesus demonstrates peace in the storm (Mark 4:35-41).
- The storm arose suddenly — paralleling how believers often face sudden financial, relational, or vocational crises.
- Jesus's sleep in the midst of the storm is presented as a measure of true peace; His spoken rebuke ("Peace, be still") shows peace exercised as authority, not passivity.
- Personal testimony of a flooded home handled with peace rather than panic, resulting in restoration "better than before."
- Peace can coexist with struggle, uncertainty, and grace for our failures.
- Rapid-fire scripture list (Psalm 29:11; Psalm 4:8; Psalm 119:165; Hebrews 12:14) given as verses to memorize and stand on in future difficulty.
- The call to "follow peace with all men" (Hebrews 12:14) closes the message — pursuing peace actively with bosses, coworkers, spouses, and children regardless of how they behave.
Theological Insights
- Peace as pneumatological fruit, not temperament: Galatians 5:22-23 frames peace as one facet of a single "fruit" (singular in the Greek, karpos) of the Spirit's indwelling work — meaning it is cultivated by yielding to the Spirit, not achieved by willpower or personality.
- Providence and Romans 8:28 theology: The sermon's repeated refrain that "God works all things together for your good" echoes Romans 8:28, framing peace as confident trust in God's providence rather than certainty about outcomes.
- Theology of unanswered prayer and sufficient grace: The reference to Paul's thorn in the flesh (2 Corinthians 12:7-9) introduces a mature theological point — that peace does not always come through removal of hardship, but through God's declared sufficiency of grace in the midst of it.
- Reconciliation accomplished at the cross: Ephesians 2:14 situates peace in the finished work of Christ, who abolished the barrier caused by sin, making peace both a legal reality (access to God) and an experiential one (inner rest).
- Peace and embodied health: The sermon draws a practical-theological connection between anxiety, stress hormones, and physical disease — consistent with the biblical wisdom tradition (e.g., Proverbs 17:22, "a merry heart doeth good like a medicine... a broken spirit drieth the bones").
- Peace as spiritual warfare: Peace is framed as something the enemy actively targets and steals; declaring scripture and refusing anxious agreement with a bad report is presented as active resistance, echoing 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (taking thoughts captive).
- Fear as the direct opposite of peace and faith: The claim that "the opposite of peace is fear" and that walking in fear means not walking by faith aligns with 2 Timothy 1:7 ("God hath not given us the spirit of fear... but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind").
Word & Context Study
- "Perfect peace" (Isaiah 26:3): The Hebrew text repeats the word for peace — shalom shalom — a Hebrew intensifying device rendered in English as "perfect peace." Shalom carries a far richer sense than the absence of conflict; it denotes completeness, wholeness, and flourishing in every dimension of life, which fits the sermon's definition of peace as "a state of wholeness."
- "Stayed" (Isaiah 26:3, KJV): Translates a Hebrew root meaning to lean on, be supported by, or sustained — the picture is of a mind resting its full weight on God, consistent with the sermon's emphasis on trust as the mechanism of peace.
- "The middle wall of partition" (Ephesians 2:14): A likely allusion to the soreg, the low stone barrier in the Jerusalem Temple separating the Court of the Gentiles from the inner courts, inscribed with warnings of death to any Gentile who crossed it. Paul uses this well-known architectural feature as a vivid metaphor for the Jew-Gentile (and by extension, sin-God) separation Christ abolished — a detail that deepens the sermon's declaration that "the partition has been rendered" and everyone, regardless of background, can enter.
- "Follow peace" (Hebrews 12:14): The underlying Greek verb (diōkō) means to pursue or chase after, the same word used for pursuing a goal or a race — indicating peace with others is not a passive default but something actively sought, matching the sermon's challenge to pursue peace "with all men" even when others are difficult.
Application
- Distinguish true peace (a fruit produced by trust in God) from mere outward quietness that masks inward turmoil.
- When you hand a problem to God in prayer, refuse to "pick it back up" through worry — practice releasing it repeatedly if needed.
- Before entering a stressful environment (work, home, a difficult conversation), pray specifically for peace to cover that space.
- Recall past testimonies — personal or biblical — as fuel for present faith; if God multiplied, healed, or provided before, He can do it again.
- Guard against offense by remembering that arguing, upset, and retaliation never change the outcome — only trust and peace position you for God's intervention.
- Practice quick forgiveness, since holding onto offense directly forfeits peace.
- Memorize and declare peace-scriptures (Isaiah 26:3; Philippians 4:6; John 14:27; Psalm 4:8) as a defense when anxiety or a bad report strikes.
- Actively pursue peace with everyone — coworkers, bosses, spouses, children — rather than waiting for them to behave rightly first.
- Recognize seasons of uncertainty or sudden crisis as an invitation to trust God's timing rather than panic.
Reflection & Discussion Questions
- How does the sermon's definition of peace as "a state of wholeness" differ from simply "being calm" or "not arguing"? Why does that distinction matter practically?
- Isaiah 26:3 ties perfect peace to a mind "stayed" on God. What specific practices help keep your mind fixed on God when circumstances are chaotic?
- The sermon warns that anxiety can be "an open door" to sickness. How do you personally recognize when worry has turned into a spiritual and physical liability, and what is your first response when you notice it?
- Reflect on a time you gave a problem to God in prayer but later "picked it back up" through worry. What would it look like to leave it fully released?
- Paul's thorn in the flesh (2 Corinthians 12:7-9) shows that peace sometimes means living with unresolved hardship under grace rather than seeing it removed. Where in your life might God be calling you to peace-in-the-midst rather than peace-through-removal?
- Hebrews 12:14 commands believers to actively pursue peace with all people. Who is someone with whom you need to pursue peace this week, regardless of who is "right"?
Conclusion
The message calls believers away from a peace that depends on circumstances lining up, toward a peace that is ordained by God and anchored in unwavering trust — a peace that can sleep through the storm, forgive the offender, and declare healing over a bad report before the evidence changes. Whether facing sudden financial strain, relational heartbreak, sickness, or uncertainty about tomorrow, the central call of "Walking in God's Perfect Peace" is to fix the mind on Christ, release every care to Him without taking it back, and actively pursue peace with God and with others — trusting that the One who holds tomorrow will work all things together for good.

that you continue father god to strengthen her that she will return strong in the name of jesus
father i pray oh god for our minister george who is in ghana oh god now father you will bring him
back here safely in the name of jesus god father we pray for those that are even working and are
not able to be here today the father you cover them strengthen them and empower them and bring
them back here safely in the name of jesus father we just thank you and bless you today in jesus name amen hallelujah last week last week we had uh we experienced god in a different way here amen and some people i think some people call me as apostle this message was too strong
it was big bones for us to chill amen some people realized that we were not patient at all
amen some people are like oh apostle you don't know even when i was driving back home
I almost, somebody said, I almost crossed somebody.
I wanted to give them some words.
Amen.
Then somebody said, my son-in-law said to me,
hey, this apostle message is really working on you today.
Amen.
Because sometimes we say we are patient people.
How many of us know that?
Sometimes we say we are loving people.
Sometimes we say we are people of joy.
We are people of peace.
Until something happens, then everything comes out.
Hallelujah.
you know i share a testimony something that happened to me i was on actually on the seven
day fasting and i showed up at work and that day i think i was on the third day the fire was burning
me so much somebody i think they gave me a wrong assignment and when they gave me the wrong by the
time i finished i fought with everybody on the floor before i left and then god said oh yeah
thank you for fasting hallelujah the god the holy spirit reminded me are you on a fast today
i said yeah i said okay you did well amen so since how many of us know that we have to be actually
conscious of what we want to do amen if you want to be a patient person that you actually say father
god help me to be patient because immediately you pray that prayer do you know that somebody
will upset you somebody will put something in your part something is going to happen for you too
because that patient has to be tested hallelujah but i want us to all of us read galatians chapter
five verse 22 to 23 together amen galatians chapter 5 verse 22 to 23 let's read it says what
but the fruit of the spirit is what love joy peace long suffering gentleness goodness and faith amen
hallelujah let's go he said meekness temperance against such there is no law but as i was reading
the holy spirit just put in my heart that one of these components that is in this word one of these
fruits that when we walk in in that fruit that it affects everything is the fruit of love amen
when we walk in love we won't have any trouble with anybody honestly they might have problem with
you but you don't have because what you have already decided that you are going to walk in love
amen hallelujah so today i just want to hit on a particular topic which is peace that fruit called
peace because sometimes we say oh i'm a peaceful person but it's a fruit of the spirit it's not
just being sitting down and being quiet do you know that you can be sitting down being quiet and
then something is burning in you you you are sitting there i want to knock them out
because why something in you is boiling and then you but that time you are not a peaceful person
so peace is not sitting there and being quiet do you know that quietness sometimes you are quiet
but your mind is racing amen hallelujah so today we are going to learn about how we can be a
peaceful person hallelujah so peace i want if you are taking notes peace is a state of wholeness
when you talk about peace it's not just when you are sitting there quiet it's actually a state of
wholeness that you feel whole harmony and security well-being that comes from a right relationship
with god i'm saying it again peace it's a state of wholeness harmony security well-being that comes
from a right relationship with god since because since when when you talk about peace it's not that
there's no trouble going on amen it does peace doesn't mean that everybody everybody's nice with
you no peace doesn't mean that you you are going around and everything is perfect peace is that
when you are going through trust and tribulation that you can become okay you know coming to a
place where you know that everything works together for my good amen i don't see listen you can look
at everything around you and it's not going well my finances might not be going well my family might
not be going well i go to the workplace it's not going well but coming to a place where you say you
know what it's okay because why you have come to a place where you trust the lord god almighty so
much that you said this thing that i'm going through right now it will work together for my good
oh hallelujah that is that place of peace because since when you look at all the trials and the
tribulations and everything that is going on in this world you you might not have peace you go to
the workplace it's like i i i tell you i'm like now we have we're in a season where people just go
to work they don't want to work hallelujah so you look at this and you're like oh my god if you don't
take care you fight with all your co-workers in your family you might have you might not have
peace because this might not be balanced the way you want it to be you want your husband to behave
some kind of way you want your wife to behave some kind of way you want your children to behave
some kind of way but you know that they can do the total opposite hallelujah but i need to tell
that how do you maintain peace when things are not going on the way you want hallelujah how do you
maintain peace when you church is not going the way you want your children are not behaving the
way your finances you know somebody call me this morning said apostle you know i'm working working
working but for some reason i paid a bill i know that i'm getting the paycheck and this person is
doing two jobs now you know that's what i'm telling be careful and seeking fans this kingdom of god
is so real you got to give god's time amen so he says i'm working the apostle i see the picture
coming all right but by the end of the two weeks i'll spend it all then i said you see but how do
you maintain peace even when this like that is going on that you actually get your paycheck and
after you paid your bills and you've seen that there's nothing left for you to do whatever you
want to do maybe you have plans for your vision ideas things that you want to do but it's not
working the way you want it to work out but i need to tell somebody confidently that what
the peace that god gives you hold on to that peace and know that he works everything together
what for your good oh are you are you hearing me today you you might not know what tomorrow
holds but somebody i know somebody who holds tomorrow oh you don't know what tomorrow holds
hallelujah but i need you to understand that you listen and i've come to a place where i see that
them the places that you trust so much that is where sometimes the enemy will come and attack
you there but i need you to maintain your peace because he knows tomorrow amen you might be upset
since i'm telling if you don't take care you'll be upset throwing do all kind of things it won't do
anything have you noticed that when you don't maintain your peace nothing will change you upset
the child didn't do what you want and you upset that does change the child no our upsetting doesn't
change anything hallelujah but i pray that this word the word of god that is going to be released
today that you meditate on it and you say i will maintain my peace oh hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah
because you know that some of the things that we complain some people are going through worse than
us and they are okay they have come to a place where they've released peace so as the word of
god is coming may you receive peace today in the name of jesus amen isaiah chapter 26 verse 3
the book of isaiah chapter 26 verse 3 he said thou will keep him in perfect peace whose mind
is stayed on thee because he trusted in thee amen now let's read it again all of us together
thou will keep him what in perfect peace whose mind is what he stayed on thee because he trusted in
thee because since when you trust in god your mind will be on him and sometimes this if you open your
bank account and your bank account is not coming up as what it's supposed to be you stand a word of
god when you trust in him it means you trust in his word and the word of god said i will supply
all your knees amen maybe you are sitting here they've given you a wrong diagnosis
maybe they are saying that you are sick that there is no cure but i need to tell you that
you can stand upon the word of god that jesus was bruised for my iniquities he was wounded for my
transgression the chastisement of my peace is upon him and by the stripes of jesus i have been made
whole so it says when you want to walk in peace you got to be a faith person because this might
be going listen if you don't take it you know a lot of pastors are saying it's time for us to shut
the church down and keep on moving so if you don't you know you are not a peace person what would you
do you will shut the church down when you come here you don't see people you're like okay what
am i going to do let me shut it down let's sell this building and keep on moving hallelujah but
peace says that i believe the word of god that says that what i would this is my church i will
build the church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it hallelujah so peace oh somebody
peace is what he gives you the peace so peace is not because everything is going right
peace is that i believe the word of god for my life i might not be where i want to be right now
but i know that at the end is going to work together for my god and so now when you read
the word of god what do you find in the word of god testimonies somebody's testimony like the woman
with the issue of blood when you read those testimonies it should bring you peace that this
sickness it will come to an end hallelujah oh when you look at when they had five loaves of bread and
two fishes and it was able to multiply oh you should oh come to a place where you know that
god can do what multiply i think with the other day we wanted to when the flood happened in ghana
i saw the hand of god because we said we want to collect so we collected and i think by the time we
put it all together it was 700 dollars in my heart i was saying this is not enough but i said minister
george is okay we are going to believe god take that 700 and take it to ghana how many people
were able to feed over 300 people oh some people heard from italy they said let me put my money in
it some people heard it from even my brother that they the people that were some people in the
community let me people in ganda were putting their money in it by the time we realized we fed more
than what over 300 people it means that god can supply or somebody he can do what he can multiply
so when you come to this place when you see this testimony then you begin to say that father let me
have peace since i need to tell you that when you are disturbed it wouldn't change anything
when you argue it wouldn't change anything i told you when i went to that job i argue with all of
them it didn't change anything i said that simon took care of the patient i was a staff nurse then
i took care of those patients and left so all that argument that i argue with them what did i get from
somebody and you know that i was this morning i was coming in but i was with pastor mary as you
know every morning she comes she drives over and then we come together and i said past mary do you
know that i have noticed that when the devil steal our peace if you don't take it will give you
sickness do you know that it's an open a gateway for sickness he wants you to be anxious but
philippians chapter 4 verse 6 let's go there philippians chapter 4 verse 6 what does he say
be careful about nothing because anxiety do you know that your heart begins to race the blood that
is in your blood level the way it's supposed to push it's not running the way it's supposed to
so the enemy is attacking you if you don't take care it will be an open door for what sickness
and infirmity so he says so let's read it together be careful for what but in what everything by
prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto god so if i have left
something with god why am i picking it up somebody i need to ask you i have left the sickness with
god but i'm picking it up i we have left the finances with god but we pick it up we have left
our children problem but we pick it up we have left so sometimes since i'm telling you yesterday
when i was studying god said we don't know god i'm telling you sometimes christians we ourselves
we don't know our god because sometimes we have to sometimes go back and pull for a miracle that
he did in the past and say if he did it before oh he can do it again oh same god back then ah
oh my god same god right now it's like you have to come to a place where you say father if you
heal the sick the woman with the issue you heal me i don't know how you are going to do it but you
will heal me oh i don't know what i'm going to do this and i'm balancing my budget it's not coming
together but father you will supply all my needs i don't know how you are going to do it but father
you do what you will do it oh hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah i want us to look at isaiah
chapter 26 verse 12. today i just want to release peace over you azaria chapter 26 verse 12.
lord let's read it together thou who ordained what peace for us for thou also has wrought all our
works in us see if you can give it to me in the niv so it means that peace is ordained since i'm
tell you it's like coming into the house of god and getting ordained for an apostle prophet he
said ordain peace so that's what i'm telling you the peace comes when you have a connection with
him so when somebody's walking around and they are not crying and they are not in sorrow they
are not in disappointment it doesn't mean that everything is going well for them you know they
might be going through some things but they have purpose in their hearts that they will walk in what
perfect peace because god is the one that has done what ordained it for them because you know that
sometimes you see people even pastor mary you know she'll say apostle some people think because
you are part you don't go through anything she said they should come around you sometimes you
can go through so many things but if you don't take care i was listening to a man of god he said
he was uh what you could be thrown to marry a woman in united states and he's in ghana
he said everything was going on smoothly the mom everything was they were taking care of this guy
thing his mom was in france and the mom was taking care of this woman in united states bringing gifts
to her all that everybody has accepted this young woman to be his wife then one day he received a
phone call and the phone call is that oh i found another man in us i don't want to be with you
anymore he said that the embarrassing thing about it is that the whole church knew that he was going
to marry this girl he said i didn't know if i should cry i didn't know and he said he was getting
ready to go preach a sermon oh he said i wanted the man of god called from that other church and
said ah the people are so excited to come and see and receive a word of god from you and meanwhile
his heart was what breaking oh he said it's more of the embarrassment of people going to say ah
didn't you say you're a prophet how can a prophet you didn't see that this girl was going to dump
you in the middle of it my god he's and this man is a seasoned prophet that everybody trusts so he
He said he went in the pulpit.
He prepared his word.
When he said he would hear the word there,
when he got into the sanctuary,
people began to shout.
They were excited.
But in him, he had nothing but pain and cry and sorrow.
He said, I stood up there and I gave one song.
And I sang.
And my heart rested in the Lord.
He preached.
People got healed.
People got delivered.
He began to ask himself,
How?
How can this happen to me?
When I can preach and people get healed and people get delivered.
and have this problem since i need to tell some of the problems you can pray and god is not going
to remove it because one day paul said there is a thorn in my flesh and he said father can you just
remove it and no my grace is sufficient for you oh somebody i need to tell you some things you can
cry out and cry out and cry out father why why i'm telling you you have to come to a place and say
father i leave it in your hands hallelujah this man said he left it in god's hands one day two
years it didn't take one month it didn't take two months it didn't take three months four months five
months six months one year two years he received a call from this girl and the girl at that time
the man that she was married to they had an argument and the girl stabbed the man in the
bronze blood was gushing out the girl was afraid that the police were coming to coming for her
and she picked up the phone who do you think she called this man oh god and said help me pray for
me i think i'm about to go to the prison she said right away god said to him you see it would have
have been you oh god said to him it would have been you you would have been the one stabbed with
blood come on hallelujah but so sometimes some things we all of us we want something so bad
sometimes it's a relationship you want it so bad sometimes it's a degree you want it so bad
oh somebody sometimes it's a house you want it so bad sometimes you even look at somebody who
something you say should be me but i'm telling you since you never know since i'm telling you
that is the day he begins to go on his knees and begin to thank the lord and say father thank you
for delivering me out of death oh thank you for delivering me out of disappointment
thank you for delivering me out of shame i thank you for delivering me out of oh
so sometimes when we want something so desperately me too standing here preaching your word there
are some things that in my life i wanted to change desperately but what does god tell me
esther my grace is sufficient for you hallelujah you can go on a 40-day fasting i'm telling you
my god i'm telling you if you don't take care you so i always tell people be careful about the
things that people know that is upsetting to you if you don't take apostles and prophets
who eat your money because they know that is where it bothering you you know i have my sister now i love her so much this is my my brother third wife but the first wife they married they squandered all his money
he left in united states when didn't get anything out of it the second woman nothing but this woman
that my brother has married now she cannot bear any child she has no food she she don't have any
children and and that is what she cries about but do you know when i went to ghana this time she said
woman oh god i have changed she said what she said i realized that people are just taking my money
so i have stopped i have decided that if i have a baby is god if i don't have a baby it's god oh
oh since are you hearing me you some things that are bothering you so much you have to come to a
place and say father if it happens it's god if it don't happen it's god because if you don't take care
that is you know when people call you that would be the first thing they say
ah hey so that baby thing what has happened you know there's a woman i won't mention the name but
she was right here in this church her husband was on drugs big time some of you did not even know
to the point that the man was standing on the roadside begging he was one of those people
standing in philadelphia on the junction begging for people to because this band was hooked on drugs
so bad some of you never knew let me tell we kept praying we kept praying then this woman connected
with another man ago that said is very powerful so put it on the budget 4 000 every month and that is
how it's going to bring the deliverance for this man me i kept quiet because i didn't want to get
myself in no trouble with no man of god you know people have anointings maybe mine is not that level
hallelujah and the person kept paying and paid one day they came to me and said i'm done i'm not
giving them that 4 000 anymore hallelujah i will come to grace international and just serve my god
do you know that it didn't even take three months we were sitting there
this man out of his own way said i'm not doing this anymore
and he stopped and then came and said this money that i'm using for drugs
i've decided i'm not doing that anymore so anytime i get paid i'll hand the
over the money for you to you only give me transportation oh
you you see what i mean it's like sometimes you have to come to a place of
what peace oh if you don't have peace until this is something you you will kill yourself sicknesses
and infirmity will enter your body because stress oh before you know you have hypertension oh so
before you know you have heart disease oh somebody hallelujah oh may the lord help somebody say may
the lord help me to change the things i'm able to change the ones that i'm not able to change
i surrender it to christ oh because especially our cultures baby and marriage is a big thing
our african culture you know some people they are even in church they think they are the married ones
they are better than the ones that are not married all kind of things hallelujah marriage is a big
thing having babies a bit when you don't have these two things people will pound you and pound
you and pound you but what if god brought you on this earth and did not give you any baby
but baby is not just a baby that is in your hand sometimes a business can be a baby that you can
nurture to bring something powerful on the face of the air hallelujah maybe you are the one that
supposed to help orphanages you are the one oh hallelujah there is so many things that you can do
other than marriage and having children oh hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah hallelujah so
if you don't take care the enemy will put that stress on you but somebody need to tell you that
he said he has ordained peace for us hallelujah and we need to hold on to that peace in the name
of jesus let's go to ephesians chapter 2 verse 14. ephesians chapter 2 verse 14. thank you lord
for he is what he's our peace who has made both one and has broken down the middle wall of
partition between us do you know what the word of god is telling us today because there was a time
because of our sin our iniquity and transgression we couldn't go before god but today jesus has died
he has broken down the partition for us to be able to enter in to receive peace since when you
get up in the morning and the enemy is harassing your mind put your hand on your own head you don't
need an apostle you don't need a prophet just declare over your head i receive peace because i
am a child of god oh somebody hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah
let's go to Colossians chapter 3 verse 15.
Hallelujah.
Colossians chapter 3 verse 15.
And let's read it together.
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts
to the which also ye are called in one body
and be thankful.
Can you give this to me in NIV?
Hallelujah.
The peace of God.
Let it rule in our hearts.
and since how can the peace of god rule in our hearts when we don't have the word the word of
god is what is going to give you the peace are you in a bad marriage do you have bad children
do you have bad job what is in your life that is so is taking away your peace may you stand upon
the word of god talisha is my secretary in the hospital she'll tell you tell her she'll tell you
some of the things that goes on in that trauma department olivia will tell you
pastor mary will tell something pastor mary will do one-on-one in just one room she'll say hey
if i don't have peace would i be able to no hallelujah since i'm telling you come in contact
with all kinds of people but you got to maintain your peace sometimes when i'm about to enter the
building i say god give me the peace hallelujah sometimes this is if it is the home that is giving
you the trouble before you enter the father my god obey me with peace oh hallelujah obey me with
peace so that i can be in this home and i can be in this marriage and i can be able to go through
this marriage and survive in this marriage father i need your peace oh somebody you need financial
peace download it oh father my god oh somebody peace for sickness and infirmity download it
so that you can because if you don't know it will open the door anxiety depression oppression
before you know it do you know that i believe some people have died prematurely because they lost
their peace hallelujah you can die prematurely because you lost your peace the enemy is bombarding
your mind and when he bombarded the things that are not even there he can show it to you oh do
you know that he can show it to you hallelujah and before you know it you lost it all when you die
not fulfilling your mandate upon the face of the earth since what is it that you did if you die
and left everything that god wanted you to do so today i ordain and i release peace over all our
mind oh hallelujah oh i release peace over all our mind in the name of jesus amen but i need to
tell somebody that jesus is the source of our peace it's not man that is what sometimes some
people think that when they have how many friends around them oh that is not no that's not the source
of peace you know that you can have 50 000 people being your friends that will give you peace the
only source of peace is jesus christ hallelujah so john 14 verse 27 let's go there john 14 27 ah
peace uh-huh i live with what my peace i give unto you not as the world giver give i unto you
let's not your heart be trouble neither let it be afraid he said i give you the not like the world
have you ever you know i remember when i first got my first car my first lexus i was like oh
anybody who sits in the car i told pastor mary on all of them you have to pay 20 dollars before
you sit in hallelujah because i was excited to be in that car but today yesterday my husband
reminded me he said when i go at the back of your car all your sweaters are in the back there
a new car can give you peace hallelujah a new car can give you peace you know that the
mansion that you it can give you peace no you know your bank account overflowing and
trappelin it can't give you peace oh because some people come to the hospital they say they are in
depression that's a possibility you don't go and sit with them oh some of them they have they are
drug lords with so much money in their bank account some of them even when they admit them
and we count their money we have to call security to count the money and put it away before we can
admit them but they don't have peace so money cannot give you peace oh somebody hallelujah
the word of god is telling us that what jesus is the source of peace
so maintain your connection with him believe what he's saying to you hallelujah maintain your
what somebody i maintain my my connection with him hallelujah and then i have peace when he says
to you forgive you can hold on forgiveness because why it was from your peace because if i have a
problem with and i sit here and everybody come here i have a problem do you know that anytime
they are coming in you it's ringing in your head oh yeah this one is the one that did this
yeah this one is the one that it is oh this one is the one that it is but then god said release
forgive and when you forgive you have peace oh hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah oh hallelujah
so let's go back there john 14 27 what does he say jesus is what the source of our peace he said
a peace i live with you jesus did not leave us with a big bank account do you know that jesus
did not leave us with mansions the only thing that he gave us is what peace and he said until
you not ask the world give it give i unto you let not your heart be trouble neither let it be a phrase
because you know that saying there is something called the word of god said in the hammer it says
the joy of the lord is our strength if you don't have peace you know that the enemy is actually
robbing you oh you can't think straight you can't think straight you know that when you don't have
peace you cannot think straight if you don't take care you make the wrong investment have the wrong
idea go and go into wrong relationship because you do not have peace oh but today somebody say i
down lord peace oh hallelujah but you see what he said and let your heart not be what trouble
so it means that peace affects your heart so then your heart is pumping in the wrong dimension
you have anxiety hallelujah oh hallelujah you have anxiety and when you have anxiety your
thought pardon is wrong because you are coming on if you don't have peace the opposite of peace is
fear so if you don't have peace you are walking in fear and when you are walking in fear you are not
walking by faith oh hallelujah hallelujah peace is listen that is why when you are walking with
god you got to be like a stupid person i believe you father i believe you this thing that's going
on with me right now it will change hallelujah this thing that i'm going through right now it
will come to an end oh somebody hallelujah they say that is going on it will be fixed oh somebody
hallelujah and you maintain your peace in the name of jesus write this in your news we can help
peace in struggle we can now you can struggle and still have peace you know oh you got africa
somebody they don't even have a place to sleep they are in under this tree they'll sleep they
wake up they'll talk one day they interviewed this man from gana i won't forget he has how many
children seven or something they said what job do you do he said i'll go over there go over there go
over there go he couldn't he couldn't point to one job he said go over there go over there go over
there even that man has peace at the end in the evening the children have dinner
hallelujah this man has his peace hallelujah because he is i'll go over at the end of the day
he will do a take care of me in the name of jesus amen you can have peace when we receive a difficult
report some of that that's what we are telling all of us when we receive a difficult report we can
have peace and how you can have peace is believe that jesus has given you peace amen when you
receive a bad report from the hospital hallelujah peace need to respond if you answer with anxiety
do you know it's a gateway he enter in amen but you receive peace and say ah my god he shall what
he has healed me by the stripes of jesus this thing that they are saying it will never happen
in the mighty name of jesus ah i will not die but i will live to declare the goodness of god
oh this too is come to pass oh somebody what are you doing you are already bombarding and sending
that thing back to wherever it's coming from so somebody when the enemy shoot anxiety i need you
to declare back to the center in the name of jesus when he knocks your door with sickness and
infirmity back to the center when he knocks your door with divorce back to the center in the name of
chaser you know that's a powerful woman of god called kathleen coleman who has gone to be with
the lord this woman was divorced because the enemy sometimes wants to put anything on you
not to fulfill your mandate so this woman left her church she left everything and she began to walk
one day and she was walking because she thought that god has forsaken her because she's a divorced
woman as she was walking she heard the word of god saying woman when are you going to start preaching
again she said but i thought i was divorced god said your divorce does not stop you from fulfilling
your mandate of god upon your life today this woman died oh somebody reaching to many souls for
the kingdom of god i don't know what the enemy is using to stop you but today i have come to declare
peace i have come to tell you that the partition has been rendered it doesn't matter what you have
done even if you murdered somebody even whatever you have gone through are you single are you
divorce whatever you have gone through today i want to tell you that that petition is open
and you are able to enter in her and you are able to fulfill the mandate of god upon your life
by the peace of god you will do it oh somebody by the peace of god you will rise
oh somebody by the peace of god you will prosper by the peace of god you will move forward
in the name of jesus oh somebody shout i have peace my god hallelujah hallelujah
so please doesn't come only when things are good peace comes even when in times of trials and
tribulation hallelujah hallelujah do you know you can also have peace when you are uncertain
that is what some of us we go through why you don't know what is going to happen tomorrow
yes i just paid all the bills oh i think yesterday anita called me for one more bill i said go call
me nobody called me and i said i'm done shut the door nobody should ask me about no nothing done
hallelujah because sometimes everything can be coming you know hallelujah but you gotta have
peace knowing that father it will be well hallelujah i'm telling you say sometimes this is coming
it's a uncertainty this is coming this one is coming maybe they told you you don't know what
is going to happen how do you know what god is have ahead of you hallelujah how what do you how
do you know this is since i i one place that i don't think the body of christ we have been able
to tap in very well is the prince of grace do you know that we all we don't even when since let me
tell you even if you were wrong do you know that there was something called grace even when you
mess up that you know that you yourself you messed up do you know that there is a place called grace
don't merit a favor where god himself can sit down and say even though you did this thing but i let
it go oh hallelujah i'm telling you that place of grace i don't even believe that the body of christ
we have been able to tap in very well because we are people where we think consequences are the
only thing that happens but i need to tell somebody that there is a place of grace in the name of
jesus hallelujah oh hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah
so mark chapter 4 verse 35 to 41 let's go there mark chapter 4 35 to 41 we see how jesus operated
when it comes to peace because he said something if you don't have peace you can't pray right
i know that i prayed wrong prayers when i was not in peace you know why because you if you're not in
peace you are in fear the devil is talking to you so now you begin to do the wrong things but when
you are peace and you let the peace of god rest upon you you make the right decision at the right
time and you get the right result amen so now he says on the same day let's read it together
when evening had come he said to them let us cross over to the other side uh-huh my god uh-huh now
when they had left the multitude they took him along in the boat as he was and other little boats
were also with him and a great wind storm arose and the waves beat into the boat so that it was
already failing so since they said i want you to focus on that he said that great storm was not just ordinary it arose so it means that they came all of a sudden have you ever been in a situation where things happen all of a sudden oh all of a sudden i can pay my i don know what happened because this person that came
to call me this was a puzzle i'm working on two jobs i see the paycheck but all of a sudden it
cannot meet my needs anymore all of a sudden some do you know that some people you can go to work
and all of a sudden they tell you that it's over they'll tell you we don't need you anymore all of
a sudden my god all of a sudden you lose your job all of a sudden you can find yourself where you
don't know how you are going to pay your bills all of a sudden but he says what the what and the
waves what beat into the boat so that it was already failing my god uh-huh let's go but he
was in what in the stern i sleep on a pillow oh somebody listen this is how you measure how
peaceful you are can all problems happen and you can go to bed and sleep now they call you and they
say i remember one time they called and they said the house our house in pensokin has flooded
and i was supposed to on my way going to lead prayer in at living faith they said your the whole
house has flooded when i went my children were in the corner like this i didn't even know the power
of water until that day the whole house was left with skeleton somebody i want to ask you can you
be at peace at that time and all i could hear two voices in my head to call them and tell them you
can't pray call them and tell them you can't pray call them and tell them you can pray do you know
that i just heard the voice of god say you have to go and i just got up and i left and i left my
bank card because i was ignorant i didn't even know that i wasn't supposed to pay for the fixing
i just left my bank card and i went to lead prayer do you know that by the while i was there i was
talking to somebody when we finished said oh you don't do that just call your insurance company
when i called the insurance company do you know that when they came they fixed the house better
than what i had before that is how my basement i had a finished because what within it was just a
bare basement they came they fixed it they put rooms there oh somebody hallelujah so i need you
to understand that everything will work together for what for your good but for that moment i was
it was like fear will grip your heart but i need to tell somebody that the fear and uh peace is
opposite oh hallelujah anytime you put the word of god in your heart it will give you peace oh
somebody hallelujah when you listen to the voice of the enemy it will bring what fear oh somebody
hallelujah so today may the word of god rest upon your heart and believe that father you are working
this together for my goal so he said what then he arose look at jesus what's up and he did what
he rebuked the way and said uh-huh peace uh-huh and the what and the wind ceased and there was a
great cow jesus spoke my god and there was what a great car oh hallelujah so today i just want
to give you what peace oh i want you to download peace from jesus christ oh hallelujah this week
that you walk in what perfect peace jesus jesus showed peace in the storm when everything is going
you don't know what to do have you ever been to a place where you don't know what to do
oh and sometimes we want to throw in the towel sometimes we want to say i'm done i don't want
that thing anymore but the enemy sometimes when you push that pressure he wants you to give up
an assignment it wants you to give up that glory it wants you to give up since it doesn't matter
what it look like since i need to tell you i am here to tell you that it doesn't matter what it
look like believe in god oh hallelujah hallelujah it doesn't matter what it look like sometimes
things don't go the way you want it to go my god you go into relationships it doesn't go the way
you want it to go but come to a place where you know you say father my god my peace i will receive
peace you have ordained peace for me hallelujah and receive the peace of god knowing that god will
work everything together for your good hallelujah when my parents divorced i remember we thought
that was the end of our life but at that time my mother packed up and moved all the way to the city
and we thought that was the end of our life but you know that when she moved to the city we said
oh she has abandoned us she abandoned her children that's what we're all saying but while she was
there that is when she met she put the poster there in the airport as because she was inspector
of police she was the one that's making sure that everybody's coming and no drugs but one day that's
when she met this man the man said united states and canada where do you want she said i want to go
to united states now they did her paperwork and everything she came through that we also came
saying something but at that moment hallelujah it was as if the whole world is coming to an end
it was as if i was because i remember moving from a private school to a public school just in what
it's like everything happens so fast maybe the enemy is allowing things to happen so fast in your
life but i need to tell you that there is another side of the story oh somebody and that other side
is peace that other side has come you don't know what is going to happen but somebody will know
the person that holds tomorrow and that person will make sure that everything works together for
your goal you might be crying today but i am here i am here to tell you that laughter is coming
oh somebody you might be in darkness today i am here to tell you that the light of god is coming
oh somebody you might be in sickness today but i am here to declare to you that divine health is
coming you might be in poverty your bank account is not much enough but i am here to tell some
somebody the money is coming hallelujah it doesn't matter what you are going through
how you have to see that there's something coming and the lord god almighty he will work everything
together for your goal oh somebody hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah so i want to give you
some scriptures we are going to read it fast but i just want to shoot it in your heart
so that when you find yourself in difficult times you can put it so uh what i want the media team
will put it up one by one write it down psalm 29 verse 11 we are going to read this so fast all of
us psalm 29 verse 11 hallelujah the lord give you our strength unto his people the lord will bless
his people with peace say god bless me with peace psalm 4 verse 8 let's go write it down and some of
you posted on your fridge some of you read one every morning hallelujah uh-huh i will both lay
me down in peace and sleep for thou lord only makes me to dwell in safety do you know that some
of us we get bothered by so many things but do you know that do you know that sleeping time is
the time that you know you have no control one time i went home i just said oh let me lay i'll
finish cooking i said let me lay on my my bed a little bit i didn't even cover myself i was just
on the blanket i said let me leave lay on there for a little bit then i'll get up and eat do you
know when i woke up it was 3 a.m at that time was like eight o'clock so between that eight to three
who i have no power over anything and since i need to tell that there's times where you don't
have power over anything but that time he said what i will both let what lay me down in peace
and sleep for that lord
in safety hallelujah psalm 119 verse 165 great uh-huh great peace have they which love thy law
and nothing shall offend them do you know why we get offended because we don't have peace
do you know when you have peace you can't get offended because that situation that you are
going through you know that god will work it together for your good why should i be offended
oh somebody are you clapping your hands why should i be offended if i know that god is on my side
oh hallelujah when you have when you have you are offended you can have peace but it's a great peace
have they which love thy law and nothing shall offend them hallelujah oh somebody said i'm not
going to be in offense hebrews 12 verse 14 uh-huh let's go follow peace what oh i want people to
Shout this out. Follow peace
with what?
And holiness.
So he said us to follow
peace with what? Amen.
Can we do that? Somebody.
Can you do that? Follow peace with amen.
So that when people are upset with you,
offended with you, you're not offended with them.
Oh!
Are you clapping your hands?
He said follow peace with
amen. It means that everybody, let me tell you a sense,
since we all have an opportunity to be offended.
Do you know that?
But God is telling us to follow peace with all men.
Everybody, in your workplace,
wherever, whenever you find yourself,
follow peace with all men.
No matter what they do, be at peace with them.
How many of us can be challenged with this word?
Oh, because you know that there are a lot of bosses
that don't want to hire Christians.
Sometimes we can cause the most trouble.
Hallelujah. Amen?
Because we cannot let things go.
But the word of God is telling us to do what?
follow peace with all oh man it means your boss your co-workers your everybody your husband your
children oh somebody hallelujah follow peace with everybody you don't have it come to now i pray the
prayer father help me that i don't have any problem with anybody may they have problem with me but make
me not have problem with them oh when they come to you and they say jesus even said one they said
when he said give them the clock give them another shed too oh he said go one mile go two miles with
them oh when they slap you on this sheet give them the other one too oh somebody hallelujah
it means i come to a place where you are a peaceful person you don't have any issues with anyone
hallelujah i prayed that prayer for myself father give me that heart that i don't have any issue with
anybody oh hallelujah and because since you know and you know what helped me in that season when i
was praying that prayer is that i know that people do things at the level of their maturity
sometimes they know they don't want to hurt you
they just want immature
they don't know
so if you come to a place when the person grows to know
they will sit down like I grew now
to know some things that I would never do
so now give people opportunity
so that they can also grow
and do the things that
they will get to a place
have you ever done that before
and you say what did I do that for
I don't even know why I did that for
now when I think about it
what did I do that for
so now give people opportunity
and let them also mature in the lord and they won't do that anymore oh hallelujah hallelujah
hallelujah amen did we do to hebrews 12 14 uh-huh romans 12 18. uh-huh let's let's read it if it be
are i want this one grace international let's read this uh-huh if it beware as much as is liant
in you live peaceable with all men i didn't say as much as it means that it's not because of
pastor mary doing good to me i have to be at peace with him he said as much as is lying with you
so god is not judging you by what somebody is doing he's judging you by what you are doing
so when somebody comes with a fist he's not saying you to follow them with a fist
oh somebody hallelujah so when the person is coming with a fist that you can stand there and
say oh since i'm telling you and you know that we can be a testament i come from a background of
military people i'm telling you they are ready to spiritual warfare hallelujah and if you don't
take it you take your spiritual warfare everywhere but one day god showed me and said listen if you
want to kill this thing, this is how I want you
to do it. And then I
said, Father, give me how, where you want me to
show this peaceful,
as I'm a peaceful person. He said,
when you go to the job, every day when you go,
every staff member, and
I'm not like, I'm sitting here with my staff.
He said, go to every one of them.
Greet them. Check on them
before you sit down. When I
started, do you know that as I'm walking, people
were gossiping to me too. Ah, did
you hear this one said it? Did you hear
this one said it? And God said, I'm
testing your peace. I'm testing
your peace. And I'll go to them
after a while. I realized that
even if I hear something, I don't get bothered.
I still talk to the person. Oh, tell me
what you need.
And that season, one of them
got so upset, he took me all the way to the CEO.
Oh, that Esther did this,
Esther did that, but the CEO was out.
But what did you expect? You did this.
What do you think is going to? The person came back.
Didn't say anything. Me too. I didn't go to them and say,
I heard you went to the CEO and said this.
No, I left it alone.
we kept on going down. Do you know that two workers started fighting on the job?
I called them inside and I started to settle the situation.
They were angry at each other. They were ready to give it. I said, do you know that
all of you can be fired today for this thing that you guys are doing? Do you know
one of them just said, give me a minute. She went out there, took a deep breath and came
and said to me, Miss Esther, the only reason I'm letting this go
is what I've seen you doing right now.
and she went out there she hugged the girl do you know they are best friends now when i'm passing by
i said now the two of you are gossiping about me now it's changed you see what i'm saying so sometimes
god is using us as example because since how peace happen is not because trials will not come
tribulations will come but god the word of god let's go back there what does he say as much as
it liared in with us be at peace with what with all men hallelujah and sometimes it starts with
our home hallelujah then you take it outside the people that i we say as much as this one
lie yet with us amen let us be at peace with all men hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah
but i want to shoot one last scripture in you that i want you to put in your spirit
luke chapter 1 verse 37 because i don't know what you are going through but today i want to tell you
that with god all things are possible that thing that you are going through god can deliver you
amen so be at peace oh somebody hallelujah oh somebody say with god all things are possible
he said for with god nothing shall be what impossible so is this sickness that is causing
taking your peace somebody i need to tell you that healing is what possible oh somebody's
a poverty your bank account marital crisis oh children problem work problem whatever it is
oh somebody with god nothing shall be impossible hallelujah oh somebody hallelujah oh somebody
